1. Introduction & Applicability
These Terms govern the use of our website, submission of enquiries, quotations, sales of products, and provision of services unless a separate written contract exists. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Quotations & Orders
Quotation Validity: Quotations remain valid for the period stated (typically 30 days) unless withdrawn earlier.
Acceptance: Orders are accepted only after written order confirmation.
Drawings & Samples: Prices for tooling or custom parts are based on the customer’s drawings/samples. Any change may affect cost and lead time.
3. Prices & Payment
- Prices: Quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. Taxes, duties, freight, and insurance extra unless included.
- Payment Terms: (Example) 30% advance for tooling; balance on dispatch or per agreed milestones.
- Credit Terms: Subject to approval.
- Late Payment: Interest may apply (e.g., 1.5% per month) plus recovery charges.
4. Delivery & Lead Time

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
- Standard limited warranty applies for workmanship/material defects (6–12 months typical).
- Excludes misuse, improper storage, wear & tear, and failure to follow instructions.
- Company's total liability is limited to the value of the order.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.
7. Intellectual Property
- Company retains all IP in tooling, designs, drawings, and manufacturing know-how unless otherwise agreed.
- Customer-owned designs remain customer property.
- Company may use anonymized learnings for internal improvement.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep technical, commercial, and sensitive information confidential.
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 3 years (or longer if required).
9. Key Commercial Conditions
