1. Purpose

This policy provides clear, simple rules and benefits related to employment, performance, conduct, and separation. It ensures a fair, consistent, and productive workplace for all employees.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees across all locations unless mentioned otherwise.


3. Employment Principles

Equal Opportunity

Recruitment, selection, and promotion are based on merit. No discrimination is allowed.

Probation  

Standard probation period is 6 months with performance reviews at the 3rd and 6th month.

Employment Types  

Permanent, fixed-term, temporary, apprentice/trainee — the employment contract defines all terms. 

4.  Working Hours & Attendance

Working Hours, Shifts & Overtime Leave Policy
Working Hours
  • Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Shift timings for production teams are documented separately.

Shift Rotations & Overtime
  • Overtime requires approval from the Production Manager.
  • Overtime is paid as per applicable laws.
  • Attendance and overtime records are properly maintained.
Annual Leave
  • 18 days per year (adjustable as per statutory rules).
Sick Leave
  • 12 days per year (medical proof may be required).
Casual Leave
  • 7 days per year.
Maternity / Paternity Leave
  • As per statutory law and Company benefits.
Public Holidays
  • As per the yearly Company holiday calendar.


5. Compensation & Benefits

Salary
Monthly salary is processed through the Company’s payroll system with all applicable deductions. Digital payslips are shared for transparency and easy access.

Statutory Contributions
EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory deductions are made as per government regulations and company compliance rules.

Bonus & Incentives
Employees may receive an annual performance bonus and production incentives as per the Company’s bonus and incentive policy.

Insurance
Group health insurance and term life coverage are provided under the Company’s employee insurance scheme.

Other Benefits
Additional benefits may include travel allowance, meal allowance, and conveyance facilities depending on eligibility and role requirements.


6. Performance Management

Our company specializes in consulting, product development, and customer support. We tailor our services to fit the unique needs of businesses across various sectors, helping them grow and succeed in a competitive market.

Bi-annual performance reviews + continuous feedback.

Skill-building sessions, safety training, technical training, and sponsored external courses when required.


7. Code of Conduct Compliance

Employees must follow the company’s Code of Conduct & Ethics. This includes rules on conflict of interest, gift reporting, integrity, and confidentiality.


8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Employees sign confidentiality agreements.
  • All inventions, designs, processes developed during employment belong to the Company unless agreed otherwise.
  • IP assignment clauses are part of employment contracts.


9. Health, Safety & Environment

Employees must follow all safety guidelines, use PPE, attend mandatory safety training, and comply with workplace safety rules.


10. Discipline, Grievances & Appeals

  • Verbal warning
  • Written warning
  • Suspension
  • Termination (depending on misconduct)

Employees may report grievances to HR.
A structured grievance process with response timelines and appeals is available.

 


11. Termination & Exit

Notice Periods Exit Formalities
  • Standard: 30 days for most roles.
  • Senior Roles: Up to 60 days depending on position.
  • Pay in Lieu: May apply as per company policy and approval.
  • Completion of the company’s clearance form.
  • Return of all company assets (ID card, laptop, tools, documents, etc.).
  • Full & final settlement including all dues.
  • Reminder of confidentiality and post-employment

 


12. Non-Compete & Non-Solicit

Reasonable restrictions (6–12 months) may apply to senior roles or employees with access to sensitive information.

 All restrictions comply with local laws and must be fair and reasonable.


13. Remote Work & Flexi Arrangements​

Remote Work

  • Allowed only with manager approval
  • Production roles require onsite presence
  • Corporate/HQ roles may have hybrid options depending on policy

 


12. Records & Data

HR maintains personnel files, performance data, and statutory documents securely for required retention periods.


15. Review & Updates

  • This POLICY is reviewed annually or earlier if needed.
  •  Employees will be notified of major changes.
