5. Responsibilities

| Board / CEO | Approve and endorse this Safety & Workplace Policy. Ensure adequate resources for health, safety, and environment (HSE) programs. |
| EHS Head | Implement safety systems, conduct audits, oversee incident investigations, and arrange safety training. |
| Plant Manager / Supervisors | Enforce safety rules, conduct JSAs, maintain records, ensure PPE usage, and address hazards promptly. |
| Employees & Workers | Follow safety procedures, use PPE correctly, report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions without delay. |
6. Monitoring & Audit
We regularly monitor our safety performance through:
- Monthly safety KPIs, including near misses, minor injuries, and Lost Time Injuries (LTIs).
- Quarterly internal EHS audits at plants and offices.
- Annual external safety audits by qualified third parties.
- Management review meetings to evaluate performance, review incidents, and allocate necessary resources.
7. Non-Compliance
Breaches of safety rules, procedures, or instructions are taken seriously and may lead to disciplinary action, including:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Suspension from duty or removal from site
- Termination of employment or contract
Gross negligence or willful violation that puts life or safety at serious risk may result in termination and may also lead to legal action, as per applicable law.
